Steps to cancel ECP subscription:
1. Identify which service that deduct your credit. Refer the above table and entry PART 2.
2. Reply to the number eg STOP MT and send to 27770 and wait for the reply.
3. Usually they will send an URL to the UNSUBSCRIBE web page. Click the link.
4. Find and click UNSUBSCRIBE or other word with the same meaning.
5. Wait for the reply says "Your subscription has been terminated.Thank you for your patronage".
There should be no problem if you follow the steps provided.
Sometimes you have to change sim card into other phone in order to unsubscribe the service.
